DESCRIPTION:The SBA Massachusetts District Office in collaboration with the Office of Senator Ed Markey\, Massachusetts Restaurants Association and Mass Restaurants United are putting together an information session for restaurant owners and other eligible businesses (bars\, food carts\, food trucks\, caterers\, and more) - to provide an overview of the Restaurant Revitalization Funding Program.\n\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\nPlease join us to find out about eligibility\, how to prepare for your application and to get the latest updates from the SBA.\n\nEligible entities are businesses that are not permanently closed and include businesses where the public or patrons assemble for the primary purpose of being served food or drink including:\n\n  Restaurants\n\n  Food stands\, food trucks\, food carts\n\n  Caterers\n\n  Bars\, saloons\, lounges\, taverns\n\n  Licensed facilities or premises of a beverage alcohol producer where the public may taste\, sample\, or purchase products\n\n  Other similar places of business in which the public or patrons assemble for the primary purpose of being served food or drink\n\n  Snack and nonalcoholic beverage bars\n\n  *Bakeries\n\n  *Brewpubs\, tasting rooms\, taprooms\n\n  *Breweries and/or microbreweries\n\n  *Wineries and distilleries\n\n  **Inns\n\n* Bakeries\, brewpubs\, tasting rooms\, taprooms\, breweries\, microbreweries\, wineries and distilleries: In order to be eligible\, these businesses must provide documentation with their application that on-site sales to the public comprised at least 33% of gross receipts in 2019. For businesses who opened in 2020 or that have not yet opened\, the Applicant's original business model should have contemplated at least 33% of gross receipts in on-site sales to the public.\n\n** Inns: To be eligible\, these businesses must provide documentation with their application that on-site sales of food and beverage to the public comprised at least 33% of gross receipts in 2019.\n\nFor businesses who opened in 2020 or that have not yet opened\, the Applicant's original business Page 4 model should have contemplated at least 33% of gross receipts in on-site food and beverage sales to the public.
