3rd Annual “Awareness is Key” Comedy Night with Steve Sweeney
The 3rd Annual “Awareness is Key” Comedy Night to benefit NF takes place on Saturday, November 19. The evening includes dinner and raffles and features performances by three comedians from the Boston area: Boston’s Character King Steve Sweeney, Dave Rattigan and Chris D. Proceeds from the “Awareness is Key” Comedy Night support the programs of Burlington, MA based non-profit Neurofibromatosis Northeast.
Doors open at 7pm and the comedy show begins at 8:30pm. The event is hosted by Palmer Lock & Key’s Kim and Bill Palmer.
Neurofibromatosis (NF) is a genetic disorder of the nervous system that causes tumors to grow on the nerves anywhere in or on the body at any time and it affects three times as many people as Cystic Fibrosis and Muscular Dystrophy combined. NF Northeast’s mission is to find a treatment and the cure for neurofibromatosis by promoting scientific research, creating awareness and supporting those who are affected by NF.
