Grab your lunch downstairs at Wegmans, then join us upstairs for a Lunch & Learn Workshop with Keep It Moving Physical Therapy & Wellness.  In this presentation, they will review the most common low back pain issues.  How they evaluate low back pain and how to most effectively treat it.  They will also describe their unique individual specialties and explain their process and customer journey.
