The Nursing Council on Workforce Sustainability is composed of stakeholders from more than 70 organizations across the commonwealth.

Created by the Massachusetts Healthcare Collaborative and key state agencies, the council partners with local leaders to develop strategies aimed at mitigating the current nursing shortage and supporting the overall profession.
