• Goals and Objectives: specific goals and their desired outcomes
• Evaluation: measuring achievement of your goals
• Other Funding: other current or projected sources of revenue
• Information: mission statement, board of directors, history and track record, community/population served
• Agency and Project Budgets: statement of project costs, how much needed, how funds will be spent—and the applicant organization’s annual budget
• The Grantwriter: responsibility for identifying grant prospects and generating applications
