She specializes in strategic planning, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, organizational development, executive coaching, workforce planning, and affirmative action plans. 

Cindy Cunningham, Managing Director, Principal, Boston Common Search Group.  Ms. Cunningham has extensive experience in the executive recruiting field and a passion for connecting clients with top talent.
