Women in Business Luncheon

Tad Mayer of Career Negotiations will lead a discussion on increasing participants' confidence and understanding of how to resolve conflict that occurs in the workplace, both with and between colleagues. When managed effectively, conflict leads to growth, understanding and new opportunities. Through instruction, discussion, and real-world examples, participants will be exposed to uncovering underlying interests, analyzing differing perceptions, and building more effective communication.

As a career coach, trainer, and speaker, as well as an executive coach, he empowers professionals to advance. Tad helps individuals pinpoint their direction and then make it a reality.
