Long’s Jewelers is a family-owned and operated full-service jeweler with five stores throughout New England. 
Customer Service Professional Job Description:
Long’s Jewelers is looking for a Customer Service Professional, with at least 1 year of prior experience, to join our team!
We are looking for individuals who are willing to go that extra mile to provide a wonderful shopping experience for our customers.
Customer Service Professional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate the store’s office according to all policies and procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Process customer transactions
- Balance store closing and nightly paperwork
- Process orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise
- Handle incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries
- Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair
- Inspect merchandise and completed repairs for quality control standards
Customer Service Professional Qualifications:
* Must have 1 year experience in Customer Service 
* Candidate must be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
* Knowledge of ASC operating system a plus
* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
