Job Description:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and website design? Do you have a track record of success in sales and business development? If so, CROSS Digital wants you to join our thriving team as a Sales Associate!

This role is perfect for a self-motivated, goal-driven professional who loves helping businesses succeed in the digital world. As a key player in our dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth for both clients and CROSS Digital. While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates based in the Boston area for occasional in-person meetings and local market insight.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and Target Clients: Seek out businesses in need of innovative website design and digital marketing solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Strategy: Work alongside our marketing team to create winning sales strategies.
  • Exceed Targets: Meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs monthly and quarterly.
  • Present and Propose: Prepare and deliver engaging proposals that showcase the value of our services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to management on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven Sales Success: You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the digital marketing or web development space.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: You understand the ins and outs of digital marketing and web development processes.
  • Self-Motivated: You are driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Boston-Based Preferred: Local candidates will have an edge due to their familiarity with the Boston market.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
