BACC Holds 2025 Taste of Burlington at Boston Marriott Burlington

The Taste of Burlington, the area’s most popular food event, returned to the Boston Marriott Burlington on September 29th. Some of Burlington's best restaurants, caterers, and bakeries showcased their most delicious culinary offerings to the packed house from Burlington Area businesses and residents.

BACC president Rick Parker applauded the restaurant scene in Burlington and the vital role that it plays in attracting new businesses to Burlington: "Burlington has such a great restaurant scene here, and people see it as maybe just a collection of places serving food. But the truth of the matter is, having amenities like the restaurants that we have here really helps to attract companies that come in here, and want to give everything to their employees… The restaurants here play a key part in attracting them and we’re thankful that they come all together here under one roof for one night". The Taste of Burlington 2025 gave all these restaurants the chance to showcase their delicious cuisine to the local community.

The success of this event would not be possible without our world-class restaurants, who put on a spectacular show for over 400 attendees. Burlington's restaurant scene has grown into one of the most popular destinations in all of Massachusetts. Please continue to support all of our local restaurants!
Thank you to our outstanding participating restaurants:
General Admission guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with drinks, music and conversation before they entered into the Restaurant Showcase. Those who upgraded to the VIP experience enjoyed a private reception in the VIP Lounge, sponsored by Herb Chambers of Burlington. VIP guests were treated to an exclusive cocktail hour, complete with complimentary signature cocktails, presented by Watertown Whiskey, hors d'oeuvres provided by Chopps Italian Steakhouse & Bar, and early admission to the Restaurant Showcase in the Main Ballroom. They were also entered to win a stunning Monica Rich Kosann necklace, donated by Long’s Jewelers.

Herb Chambers CEO, Nick Gennetti, said of the BACC's work in the community, "The BACC is just a wonderful group of people, and quite frankly, they just do so much for the community. Not only do they bring businesses together, but bring community together, and they make nights like this possible. And that's what brings us back year after year".

The intersection between the restaurants and the local community was on full display at the Boston Marriott Burlington, and the success and collaboration of the Chamber was highlighted by multiple restaurants throughout the night.

Adam Mackler, Managing Partner at Capital Grille and Chair of the BACC's Restaurant Group talked about why he loves the Taste of Burlington event: "Getting together with all the different restaurants, we're always in competition but it's nice to get together under one roof and put on a show". He also added, "The Capital Grille really enjoys being part of the Burlington community, we enjoy being a part of the Chamber, it's just one of the best Chambers that I've been a part of, and what they do for us restaurants, and the community, it's really special to be a part of".

David Greekwood, Managing Partner at Eddie V's Prime Seafood, also echoed this sentiment regarding the Chamber's impact: "I've been a member of the Chamber now for six years, and I say this every year, we do an event with the Chamber, and I say how this is without question the best Chamber I've ever been a part of. For no other reason than they've supported us through some difficult times... Big fan of the Burlington Chamber and without question the best Chamber I've ever been a part of".

"We love working with the Chamber," added Amy Severino, the Marketing Director at The Bancroft, "we've been members since we opened our restaurant back in 2014. We love the Chamber itself, they are really fantastic allies of the restaurant industry. Any time they do something, we always wan to be involved".
The primary goal of the Chamber is to serve as a one-stop resource for its members and to help them succeed.

After the cocktail hour, The Ballroom doors opened to reveal a bustling room that quickly filled with guests who were equally as eager to try the delicious samplings as the restaurants were to show them off. Restaurant displays lined the walls of the Ballroom, and were festively adorned with flowers, gourds, and other fall-themed décor. Guests were treated to some of the finest offerings from each restaurant's menu (see above). Attendees had the opportunity to enter the “Ultimate Taste” raffle prize, which contained gift cards from all of the participating restaurants, valued at more than $3,500. Congratulations to our lucky raffle winner, Carl Crupi!

All in all, it was another successful night for the BACC, the restaurants showcasing their food, as well as everyone in attendance. Yet again, the restaurants went over the top to deliver the best Taste of Burlington experience, yet. We can't wait for them to put on a show again and top it next year.
