The Town of Burlington will host the Burlington Economic Development Summit on Commercial Office on Wednesday, March 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Grand View Farm, 55 Center Street, Burlington, MA.
Designed as a focused commercial real estate session for Burlington’s civic leadership, the summit will help participants better understand office market dynamics along Route 128, compare Burlington’s position to peer communities, and identify practical short- and long-term reinvestment strategies that support a resilient tax base.
The intended audience includes Burlington’s Select Board and Planning Board members; Town Meeting members; and key committees including Land Use and Ways & Means.
“Burlington’s commercial office market, like many communities along 128, is evolving quickly,” said Melisa Tintocalis, Burlington’s Director of Economic Development and summit moderator. “This summit is about grounding our local conversation in real market realities, learning directly from experts, and leaving with a clear set of next steps the Town can act on.”
